About this event

Join in a range of fun activities to promote positive mental health and wellbeing, as part of World Mental Health Day.

Through activities such as art and crafts, handling objects from our collection and games, explore the 'Wheel of Well-being' which focuses on body, mind, spirit, people, place and planet. All activities will be running between 11am – 3pm, but please check specific timings on the day.

Activities are all free and drop-in, but spaces might be limited. So, collect a Wheel of Well-being passport from the Hands on Base and start exploring from there.

This day is led by our community partners Arts Network, SLaM Recovery College, the Dragon Café and the Three C’s Well Connected programme, who will share ideas about the many ways we can look after ourselves.
