The Mantis Muse: Family yoga
Explore what it might be like to be a praying mantis through yoga! Inspired by David Shrigley’s giant praying mantis sculpture and along with yoga poses, we will investigate the life cycle and movement of this fascinating animal.
The session is for children and their grown-up, so get ready to share this experience in moving and breathing along with Maxine the praying mantis. You’ll come away feeling stretched, refreshed and with a shared enthusiasm for yoga!
This session is designed for both adults and their children (aged 4-6 years) to take part in together.
