Corporate events
The Horniman is a great location for meetings and away days.
The Pavilion is a calm and contemporary venue situated in a quiet corner of our beautiful Gardens. It is a bright and airy space with floor to ceiling windows which fold back across the front of the building to give full access to a large open deck overlooking the London skyline and much of the Horniman’s beautiful award-winning 16.5 acres of gardens.
We can comfortably seat up to 42 guests cabaret or 60 guests theatre style.
Please get in touch to find out about extra activities you can add to make your day more memorable, such as:
- Guided tours
- Getting hands on with object handling
- Visit our Aquarium and Butterfly House; or
- Horniman-inspired gifts from our Gift Shop.
The Horniman has its own on-site licensed, caterers, Colicci who can provide drinks, breakfast, lunches and afternoons teas for your event here.
Our local station, Forest Hill, is served by the Overground and local trains with convenient connections to the Underground, and is only 15 minutes from London Bridge and 30 minutes from Shoreditch.

“I can’t think of a better venue and service. Everyone was so impressed and we really enjoyed both the sessions and the mini-golf. The catering service was impeccable and our events manager did an amazing job with the logistics. We will definitely be coming back to Horniman in the future” Clara
