Raft zither with resonator. The instrument is formed of a raft of 16 reeds tied to a gourd resonator. 12 of the reeds have been cut to form split strings. Two reeds act as bridges and the length of the string that is intented to be plucked is bound with fibre. A round soundhole is cut into the side of the gourd. Two of the strings have been broken and are missing.
