easter decoration

Paper Easter chandelier; large ‘spider’, It is made up of four main layers, woven from straw and decorated with tissue paper flowers. The top layer is hexagonal, from each side of this, there are eight smaller straw pentagonal shapes, each with another square platform of straw beneath them. From each of these either hangs either a bird made from coloured card, or a real eggshell decorated with coloured paper. From the middle layer, more decorated eggshells are suspended. Beneath the bottom layer, a three-dimensional paper bird is hanging. Between each layer are multiple supports of straw, interspersed with paper flowers, creating little garlands. The tissue paper flowers have faded a great deal, with the original colour only being seen when the petals are separated.
