Spiked mace with a concealed dagger from India. The spherical, metal mace head has spikes, which are square in section, all over it, with one longer spike at the top. The shaft of the mace is hollow and the handle, with a blade, unscrews. The whole surface of the piece is inlaid with gold in foliate and floral patterns.
