Wooden skin printing block for tattoos, with a carved design of a four-legged animal, a fish and a bird on one side, and a geometric design on the other side, of a zigzag with a line ending in a crescent going through it. There is a hole through the block at one end.

On one side of the block are two labels. One is circular with 'Tt. / 53' on it, and the other is rectangular, reading, 'H. LING ROTH'.
