Wooden skin printing block for tattoos, with a raised carved design of an anchor on one side. On the other side is a design of a lion rampant, and underneath it a half-finished carving of a four-legged animal. There is a hole through the block at one end.
On one side of the block are two labels. One is circular with 'Tt. / 54' on it, and the other is rectangular, reading, 'H. LING ROTH'.
