Soprano flugelhorn in E flat, brass body, plated brass mouthpiece, in tuning shank. Three Périnet valves (with different touchpieces). Tuning slides in valve loops. Mouthpiece contemporary. Minor denting, more extensive denting in bell. Several joints soldered. Stamped: Gautrot Ainé (Monogram); and Paris. Engraved above the bell 'WITHAM/' 'GA' with the device of an anchor/BAND/1860'.
