Bassoon, maple, brass mounts. Eight brass keys, flat, round, oval or spatulate, mounted on saddles, including F sharp and E flat and two keys on wing. Wing keys probably not original. Length overall is 124.3 cm. Length of wing and butt is 92.1 cm. Crook damaged, narrow bore, does not match wing. Long joint appears to have been cut down. Bell has abrupt terminal flare. Wing cracked alongside finger holes. Wing chipped at hole for left second finger. Stamped on bell, butt and long joints: Parker London.
