Double brush for applying powder to the face. It is made of a central metal band with a brush at each end. The metal band is decorated on one side with a motif of pine needles and fruit in raised dark metals, probably bronze and copper, on gilt. On the reverse is a chrysanthemum in the same materials and technique. One brush is darker than the other, but both are made of deer hair.
