Cloth banner with a yellow thread fringe along the bottom edge, on a metal hanging bar that is covered in plastic, to which is attached a plaited yellow cord for suspension. 'Maskal' is printed on one side, above an image of a crowd holding umbrellas standing in front of a fire. On the other side is an image of a cross. The banner is associated with the New Year Festival.
