A cylindrical wooden box with a detachable lid, containing a sample of rosary pea (Abrus precatorius) seeds. The box is covered in a blue and white chequered squares made from beads that are bound together on thread. The blocked end of the box has blue and white beads and a tassel of white and brown beads. The lid is a small, plug-like piece of wood with a piece of string knotted through to act as a handle. The box contains 21 rosary pea seeds, which are red and black.
