print (art)

Coloured woodblock print depicting a Bunraku puppeteer holding a puppet above a go board. Two inscriptions.

The signature reads "Hokusai aratame Katsushika Iitsu hitsu" (From the brush of Hokusai, changing his name to Katsushika Iitsu). In the cartouche above is a kyka poem by Sanninb Mitsumaru.
