Dirk (tanto) of heavy dagger with a blade in reasonable condition though the tip is missing: two small nicks near the point and slight rust, no other marks; copper habaki, iron ring guard with a fly in relief; sharkskin (actually ray skin) covered hilt bound with black thread around two menuki.
