Rectangular wall hanging consisting of a felted ground with applied fabric decoration. The ground of the textile is arranged in 3 fields. The rectangular red centre is stitched onto a larger orange rectangle. This layer does not extend all the way to the top, which is constructed from a number of smaller red pieces. The brown border has been covered with 3 sections of woven textile at the top end, with a cord at either side. The decoration consists of alternating rows of 3 circular motifs, paired toothed bands, and toothed stripes on both longer sides of the brown border. One toothed band secures knotted green and red fringing which has tasseled ends in cream, yellow, blue-black and red. The reverse of the piece is plain, but shows the way the different felted section have been sewn together.
