Cream-coloured felt collar with a cloud pattern outline accentuated by red felt appliqué. Towards the inside edge of the textile are 4 areas decorated with "fish scales". These are created by appliquéd cut red felt shapes accentuated with white chain stitch. The cream felt between these areas and the outside edge are decorated with appliquéd red foliate/floral shapes. 8 short bands with triangular outside ends are applied at regular intervals across the width of the collar. The edges of the appliqué are decorated with white piping sewn on by black machine stitching.
