Textile in the form of a swan, a replica of one found in Pazyryk tomb in Siberia. The model is made from cream, black, dark brown, and orange felt sewn together with cream or black cotton(?) thread. The body, head and feet are stuffed. The wings consist of an embroidered top section (attached to the back), and 2 cut bottom sections representing the feathers.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
