Lantern slide depicting tea houses and restaurants at Oji in Tokyo. Oji has some famous spots such as Mount Asuka, famous for its cherry blossom, and the river at Takinogawa, famous for its autumn colours. Oji Inari shrine attracted increasing numbers of worshippers during hte Edo period, so many tea houses were built along the approach to the shrine at the foot of Mount Asuka.
