jacket (clothing: outerwear)

Man's jacket of natural cream felted (fulled) woven wool. The jacket has long sleeves, a centre front opening. and a small upright collar. It is decorated with floral embroidery. There is a band of green fabric applied along the edge of the neckline, at the centre front opening, on the hem and lower sleeves, and it is embroidered at the neckline and sleeves.

There is a small label attached to the coat, which reads: 'Coat, worn like cloak / Polish Zakopane highlander.'

Probably worn to church or on other special occasions.
