"the Daughter's Friend"

Glove puppet with a central rod and a papier mache head. The puppet is of a pretty, young girl with large eyes; long eyelashes; black eyebrows; long hair; a rosebud mouth; protruding ears and rosy cheeks.

She is dressed in a low, round hat/cap (DOPPE) made from green velvet and synthetic, golden openwork trimming. She also wears a long shift dress made from factory made ikat material in yellow, pale and dark green, red and brown trimmed with golden, openwork fabric at the neck and cuffs.

She can be used to play "the Daughter's Friend" in "Wrongly Imprisoned" (this may be an alternate title for the story "Blame Breaks Stones").
