Shirt forming part of a pow wow costume made from dark blue textile decorated with white, blue and black ribbon. The tie is made from lengths of ribbon tied/bound to a plastic ring which is attached with a safety pin to the shirt. The sleeves are made from a single, narrowing strip of textile with white manmade fibre fringing attached to both sides.
