Tolai mask. Mask consisting of a face-shield with painted face and knotted vegetable fibre beard, attached to a crown-shaped structure with feathers surrounding the head-band. There are knotted ends of vegetable fibre covering this structure, possibly in the form of hair. There are three carved lengths of wood attached to the crown structure. The two outside ones have carved teeth, and the central one has spiral shape with a head or skull at the top). It is tied together with vegetable fibre at the top.
