A blue cloisonne jar. The base is white, round and flat. The majority of the body is turquoise with gold metal heart-shaped patterns over it and blue, red and pink flowers. There are two circular cartouches, one on the front and one on the back, of orange pink and blue flowers with green leaves on a white ground, with a border of small black dots . These decorations also have gold metal heart-shaped patterns on them. Around the neck is a purple/ brown triangle pattern with black ovals. The inside of the jar is white glazed fabric. The outer lid is round and decorated with a circular cartouche with a white ground decorated with two butterflies, one blue, the other green and pink, and four red-pink heart shapes. The cartouche is surrounded by a border of blue dots then a turquoise band and black ovals at the base. There are red-white and pink heart shapes around the edge of the lid. There is a white ceramic inner lid with a small handle.
