man's hat

Man's hat with a flat, circular crown and wide band around it forming the sides. The hat is made of white cloth with pointed dome-shapes in alternating purple and green velvet applied around the sides, sewn on with yellow thread, and separated by lines of small yellow embroidered triangles. There are lines of embroidery in green, gold, and purple below them, around the circumference of the hat. The crown is decorated with a cross made of green and purple velvet applique shapes, with a diagonal cross of green embroidered circles over it; the whole is encircled with concentric rings of brown and purple stitching. Machine embroidered.
