Euphonium. Zephyr five valve model. Brass body with silver plating. Périnet valves, three positioned vertically for the right hand, two at the side of the instrument for the left. One finger button, lower valve cap and mouthpiece missing. With navy blue case, not original. Bell stamped: "Zephyr"/50 MEDALS OF NONOUR/FTB/BESSON & Co./198 EUSTON ROAD/LONDON; with star emblem beneath. Casings of valves one to five stamped 1,2,3,6,10 respectively. Lower section of third valve casing stamped: BESSON & Co./BREVETE/60017
