Gogoray - a spike fiddle with two wire strings, two pegs, a bridge and a bow. One of the strings is used as a drone. The resonator is made from a milk powder tin, and the neck from bamboo. The gogoray is played to accompany the voice, and is held against the left side of the chest with the hand around the neck, while the right hands bows.

The gogoray is played upright, with the resonator pressed against the chest. It accompanies Sora vocal music, and also plays in various instrumental ensembles. It is used to accompany Sora devotional songs that are dedicated to the spirits of the departed.
