Ceiling cloth, leluwur, from Tukadaya village, Negara, West Bali. Hand embroidered on cotton, with floral motifs and an inscription: Selamet dateng (=Welcome); Mulai kerdja (=started work); Tg. 11.7.1963 (=date 11.7.63); Hari Kemis (=Thursday). On the back of the piece are written two names, probably of the owners: K T Sindra A S and Ketut L Mendri.
