Woman's silk sari decorated with alternate rows of parakeets and elephants in weft ikat, imitating a Gujarati patola. The central part of the main field is in a rich gold, with the parakeet motifs in green and the elephant motifs in red. Along each selvedge the ground colour is maroon, with a row of white caparisoned elephants along the length. The end panel of the cloth has bands of elephants within stripes of the same maroon as the background.
