Carved wooden topeng mask of the King of Bedahulu. The face is painted orange, with bulging eyes, open mouth with bared teeth and gums, and upturned upper lips. The whole mouth is surrounded by a rim of hairs indicated in white paint against a black ground. There are prominent canine fangs in the upper and lower jaws. The nose is blunted at the end, like a pig's. To either side of the eyes is a small upward-pointing horn, painted gold. There are double lines indicating furrows above the nose. There is a rubber strap on the reverse to secure the mask to the dancer's face. The underside is unpainted.
