Japanese rice workers' bonnet of machine-printed cotton cloth with a predominantly pink floral pattern. Wide section at the front extends down the sides to form a brim potecting the wearer from the elements. The back part is sewn along the nape to a further section which extends over the shoulders. The bonnet is secured at the front of the neck with ties made of the same fabric.
