Buddha figure in bhumisparsa mudra, carved simply in wood and painted gold, with stand in the form of a rectangular throne. Stand formed of wooden board base with shirt vertical rod at reverse, to which are attached metal curvilinear openwork sections to form left and right sides, front and back panel of throne. To the base of the back panel, which has flame-like motifs surrounding the area behind the seat, three rectangles of black card are attached, which lie flat above one another on the seat. Over this is a rectangular cushion, covered with plain brown fabric, on which the Buddha image is placed.
