Jug, bulbous in form, with a flared, cylindrical upper part, and a moulded spout. It is decorated with handpainted flowers, fruit, and gilded bands. There is a spray of flowers on the right hand side of the spout, with a central pink rose and rose bud on orange, a yellow parrot tulip, and dark pink-edged auriculas. To the left of the spout, the floral spray has a large flower with orange centre and white petals, and a yellow narcissus. The top section is decorated with a running grape design. Below the spout is a panel of two sprays of wheat tied with pink ribbon, with the intertwined initials 'W. M. G.' in gilding int he centre. The spout has been broken and repaired.
