Shadow puppet of carved and painted hide, depicting Raden Trinetra, a Ramayana chacter, one of the sons of the ruler of Alengka, Prabu Dasamuka.. Coarse features and three eyes. He wears a ketu, a cap worn by higher officials and a praba, or backwing, on his costume. The figure is attached to a central wooden support, with articulated arms attached to smaller wooden rods. (One of the rods is detached but present). Decorated with polychrome pigments and pierced detailing.
