Complete pack of playing cards in box that doubles as a cribbage board. The playing cards have decorative backs including a shield containing a book and three crowns at the centre, the crest for the University of Oxford. The front has card suits. The wooden box has a marquetry design on the exterior with holes for the two counters. The two counters are made of bone, with one white and one stained with a red-pink pigment. The counters are kept in a little compartment in the box that is closed with a plain, wooden divider.
