Perfume receptacle made from a more or less S shaped black horn set with an ivory mouth and an ivory knob on the tail. The ivory mouth is carved fantastically to represent the head of an animal, its upper lip produced into the form of a bird's head pecking at the animal's eyes. The opening is between the jaws of the animal and closes with a stopper.
