A long slightly curved, tapered wedge of wood. One side is fairly uniformly curved; the other side has been worked to a flatter surface with distinct edges sloping away on the wider half. The thicker end on the curved side has some scratches, a patch of dark residue towards the middle, and some lighter patches. The more angular side has more variation of the natural colour of the wood especially along the edges.
