Carved wooden ornament, which is narrow and elongated in shape, and pointed at the top end. It is decorated with several carved figures, of a human, a bird with outstetched wings, and three animals that possibly represent floating sea otters. A loop of fine cord, possibly made of leather, is attached at the bottom, and there are many small bunches of bristles attached along the length of the ornament.
