Rectangular piece of cotton textile, part of the sleeve of a woman's blouse. It has a band of blackwork - a diamond lattice pattern - at one of the shorter edges. In the centre of the cotton ground is a zig zag vertical line of linked foliate shapes, outlined in black, and infilled in brown, red and yellow cotton threads. Flanking this vertical line is a another line of embroidery. These motifs are smaller, less elaborate, and use only red and brown for infilling.
