Rectangular piece of embroidered linen textile. It has five bands of angular designs, outlined in black, and worked in yellow, orange, brown, blue and green cotton threads. These are separated by a band of silver-coloured, metal-wrapped thread, worked in chain stitch, which has the appearance of a braid. The two shorter and one longer edge also has a strip of chain stitching. One of the shorter edges has a small area of pale blue blanket stitching.
