Pipe bowl formed of two parts. The bowl is made of white porcelain with royal blue ground colour and gold and silver decoration. The tip of the bowl has been left white and has incised lines. The tip fits into the elbow, which has paper wading, and also has a ground colour of royal blue and gold decoration on the rims and bottom with some silver decoration.
