Bell-shaped bidri ware hookah base, decorated all over the surface with horizontal bands of decoration, the main section with vertical stripes of alternately floral motifs and plain ground. There is a projecting collar on the neck decorated with lotus petals. The upper part may have been added to fit with the other pieces in this set. It is damaged on one side.
