Lacquered wooden chess table leg. The leg has been turned and is decorated with bands of dark lime green, dark khaki green and red lacquer, with some incised lines that have been filled with white or the dark lime green colour. The leg is broken at the top, where part of the screw thread is visible that would allow it to affix to the table top.
