The main central column reads: “皇清侍贈徵仕即壽屏府君神主huáng qīng shì zèng zhēng shì jí shòu píng fǔ jūn shén zhǔ”, the title and the name of the deceased. The left hand column reads: “嗣男榮華祀 sì nán róng huá sì”, literally meaning 'this tablet was offered by the son of the deceased, “榮華 róng huá”.
