Flat rectangular charm box with inscribed Arabic text and decoration. Thin sliding lid at top, and two rings for suspension. The first line of the inscription translates to “In the name of the father, the son and the holy ghost”, the last line mentions Christianity. The amulet therefore would have been used by an Arabic-speaking Christian.
