Model banner on a wooden, black and red lacquered flagpole with a horizontal shaft at the top of the pole. There is a golden ball of light material fixed on top of the pole. The banner depicts a grey figure of a bearded man wearing boots and a kimono shaped costume. The edges of the banner are hand stitched and attached to the pole with three loops of fabric on both vertical and horizontal sides. Pieces of the fabric appear to be glued to the banner and have painted stitches.
