Garment made from sewn coconut fibre, possibly a rain garment. It consists of a shoulder cape to which a kilt is attached, which opens down the front and is closed with ties. It is attached at the collar and in the middle of the cape. There are fringes of coconut hair around the bottom of the kilt and the edge of the shoulder cape.
