charm

A dice box with a stone charm. The box is squat and cylindrical, probably turned, with an inclining waist. The lid is made of glass, with a hole in the middle through which a turning stick, possibly made of bone, protrudes. Three dice sit on a rotating platform which can be turned by twisting the stick. A length of string is tied around the box, with a small piece of flint attached. Label: one black exhibition label, handwritten in white.
