On Saturday 5 July the Gardens will be accessible to Big Fish Little Fish ticket holders only. The Museum will be open as usual and entrance will be via London Road only.
Helmet (Wood), jin-gasa type. High rounded crown, with the rim upturned at the back. Painted red on the inside, black outside with grey stripes radiating from the centre. Inside are seven small metal rings to attach a cloth (not present) to protect neck. Woven cotton straps attach to inner surface through four leather loops. 115 h x 355 w x 307 d.
