One of a number of textile tools related to the Indian Carpet Industries consisting of a curved, knife-like tool ('chula'). One end of the sickle-shaped iron blade is inserted in the short, cone-shaped, wooden handle. The opposite end is curved in on itself. An iron band has been inserted near the top end of the handle.
